What is the BOC-3 filing?
BOC-3 Stands for Blanket of Coverage. A BOC-3 is a federal filing blanket service that designates a legal agent in each state. You are out on the road and always traveling, so you may not be able to be in that state to accept the legal paperwork. The BOC-3 filing allows an agent in each state to accept documents on your behalf. This needs to be filed in order for your authority to become active.
Do I need the BOC-3?
